I'm not much of a fish cook, but when I do...I put my heart and soul in it. Here is one of my favorite fish to cook...Rainbow Trout. It's flavorful, rustic and easy to eat. A few fish bones, but even my 7 year old can manage it. The fish I purchase is already cleaned so I dive right into cooking! Main ingredients are Rainbow Trout, Fingerling Potatoes, Herbs (anything you like, depending on your mood of taste), slices of lemon, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
